1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DealSeal.ai (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DealSeal.ai is a contract management platform that enables businesses to create, send, sign, and manage contracts electronically. Our Service includes contract template creation, electronic signature collection, payment processing integration, and document management features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree not to disclose your access credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Electronic Signatures

By using DealSeal.ai's electronic signature features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Electronic signatures are legally binding and enforceable under applicable laws, including the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (ESIGN) and the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA).
• You consent to conduct transactions electronically and to receive documents electronically.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all parties to a contract have consented to electronic signature.
• We maintain audit trails and records of electronic signatures for legal compliance.

5. Payment Terms

Payment processing is facilitated through Stripe, Inc. By using our payment features, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store complete credit card information on our servers.

For subscription services, billing occurs on a recurring basis according to your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Create or distribute contracts for illegal purposes
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of DealSeal.ai and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent. You retain ownership of all content you upload or create through the Service.

8. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DealSeal.ai, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
